Free Comic Book Day

Saturday, May 6th 2017 from 11:00 PM to 2:00 PM

Free Comic Book Day is an annual international event facilitated by Diamond Comic Distributors designed to promote literacy and the comic art form for readers of all ages. In celebration of this event the Twin Falls Public Library has planned an array of activities for heroes young and old. The festivities last from 11am to 2pm where the library will have free comics available (as long as supplies last, limit one per person), superhero scavenger hunt and crafts, and Geek Jeopardy. Members of the Star Wars costuming organization, the Rebel Legion, will be on hand for photographs as well as characters from the Marvel universe. The library will also host a raffle for free graphic novels, assorted collectibles, and gift certificates. All activities are free, open to the public and family friendly costumes are encouraged. So join us in celebrating Free Comic Book Day at the Twin Falls Public Library!

All Library programs and events are free and open to the public.
