The Twin Falls Public Library Foundation, Inc. was formed in 1986 to provide ongoing and permanent support to the Twin Falls Public Library. Traditionally, the Foundation hosts two major events each year: "Scramble fore Books" and the "Used Book Sale".The "Used Book Sale" is scheduled for Friday, May 2nd and Saturday, May 3rd 2014.The "Scramble fore Books" is scheduled for Saturday, September 13th 2014.

The Giving Tree and aspen leaves were designed and sculpted by local artist Gus Flowers. This work of art is displayed on the main floor of the Twin Falls Public Library for all to enjoy.
- $150: A non-moving aspen Gold Leaf on the Giving Tree, inscribed with name of your choice
- $500: A moving aspen Gold Leaf on the Giving Tree and a Book Endowment
- $1,000: A moving aspen Gold Leaf on the Giving Tree, a Book Endowment, and a plaque on the Major Donor Wall
The Giving Tree was created by artist Gus Flowers. The leaves bear the names of those who have donated to the Foundation, or have been designated by a donor. For more information on how to purchase a leaf, please click on "The Giving Tree" or fill out a "Donation Form", and mail it to the Foundation.

Donations to the Library are made possible through the Twin Falls Public Library Foundation, Inc. If you would like to donate, please fill out the Donation Form and send it to: Twin Falls Public Library Foundation, 201 4th Ave E, Twin Falls, ID 83301. Bookplates are placed in books that have been purchased with your donated funds. People who donate $150 or more can be honored with a Gold Leaf on the "Giving Tree." The "Giving Tree" was designed and sculpted by local artist Gus Flowers and is located on the main floor of the Library.
The Twin Falls Public Library Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit corporation established to provide ongoing support to the Twin Falls Public Library and is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) exempt organization. Accordingly, gifts to the Foundation are deductible for federal and state income tax purposes subject to applicable regulations. In addition to being deductible as described above, a donation to the Library Foundation also qualifies for the Idaho Credit for Contribution to Education Entities (i.e. Idaho Education Tax Credit). Consult your tax adviser for complete details.

The Giving Tree Store was dedicated on December 11, 2009. In addition to selling gently used books, it also features books about local history and events. Featured authors include James Varley, Bessie Wright, and Mary J. Inman. Other items include: a DVD about the Bonneville Flood, notecards, and bookbags.

- Hardbacks are $1.00
- Non-print items (audios, movies, and music) are $.25 - $3.00
