Visit the Twin Falls Public Library on August 27th at 6:30 PM for a night of short stories & poetry. Come and share your own writings or your favorite pieces by other authors, or just come to listen! Sign-up is first come, first to read. 5 minute time limit per reading (multiple readings are allowed, depending on time), no outside amplification or music allowed. Check with a librarian for more information.

Teens in 6th – 12th grade, stop by the library anytime on August 27 to pick up a craft kit!  It will have everything you need to make your own pixel art.  (While supplies last.)

We're kicking off the storytime season with special storytimes for pre-elementary kids of all ages! All month, join us on Tuesdays at 10:30am for Splash Pad Storytime at the First Federal Park. Can't make it to the splash pad on Tuesdays? That's ok! We'll repeat the same storytime again on the Library Lawn on Thursdays at 10:30am. Bring your blankets to sit on, and join us for tons of fun!

Toddler Time is designed for children in the 18mo to 3yo age group. We know that this age group gets the wiggles, so there are lots of opportunities for movement and books that are appropriate for their attention span followed by playtime!

Come and learn how to get started researching your family history! We’ll cover the basic tools and resources you can use as you discover your genealogy and family tree. This month, learn how about apps & other mobile services you can use in your research! Sept. 1 @ 6:30 PM.
