I.B. Perrine Sculpture

Ralph Lehrman a longtime local sculpture and painter created this sculpture of I.B. Perrine in celebration of the Twin Falls Centennial in 2004. I.B. Perrine was an early settler and visionary in the area. Perrine helped to create the canal system that brought water to the Magic Valley.
